Full Building Surveys, also known as ‘Structural’ or ‘Level 3’ surveys, are thorough inspections of a property. This in turn can allow you to negotiate on a property purchase. If you are a property owner, having a survey before you sell can highlight any problems that may cause a sale to fall through. Our Oxford-based RICS Chartered Surveyors carry out comprehensive assessments of every accessible part of the property.
Our team also includes Structural Engineers and specialist Heritage Surveyors, meaning that we can evaluate any structural issues or period property defects in-house. Your survey report is tailored to your needs and will include detailed descriptions of our findings, with technical insights explained thoroughly and illustrated with photos. The reports also contain in-depth guidance on recommended repairs and maintenance, and the associated costs. HomeBuyer surveys are recommended by the RICS for properties that have been built recently, are of standard construction and appear to be in good condition.
